We handle the process of intern placement up to the in-person interview with you. All candidates come reviewed, vetted, and pre-interviewed before you spend valuable time meeting prospective candidates.
MENTORING AND COACHING
Apprenace℠ offers support throughout your internship program. Our mentors are experienced in growing professional skills in young talent. We help them learn effective communication skills, conflict resolution, expectation settings, and self-management. Our program directors also work with your team to make sure everyone is getting the most from the internships.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Intern programs are different for every organization, so our curriculum development has the greatest cost variation, starting at $1,500. Month-to-month management of your intern program starts at $500 a month. There is no commitment to meet with us and get pricing for your organization, and our engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or obligations.
